Measles

Scarlet fever
The rash that comes with scarlet fever usually looks reddish and like sunburn. Before the rash develops, your child may have a sore throat, fever and swollen tonsils.
Chickenpox
Chickenpox rashes are usually itchy, red and can become blisters that are filled up with fluid. It can come with mild fever.
