Jollof Rice

Okro Soup and Eba

Okro contains great antioxidants and other rich nutrients that are healthy for the body. Research has also shown that okra may likely lower heart disease risk, and blood sugar and may possess great benefits for pregnant women. Combining okro and eba (garri) is not just simple, but it is healthy.

Fruit Salad

This dinner idea is a blend of several healthy fruits. For those who are keen on shedding weight, this idea is a great suggestion for you. All you need to do is purchase a combination of healthy fruits and blend them or slice them neatly.
