Alright, so what are some of the symptoms of prostate cancer? Well, in the early stages, there might not be any symptoms at all. But as the cancer grows, some possible symptoms include trouble urinating, blood in the urine or semen, and pain in the back, hips, or pelvis. Of course, these symptoms could be caused by other things as well, so it’s important to get checked out by a doctor if you’re experiencing any of them.

Risk Factors:

So, we already mentioned that being black is a major risk factor for prostate cancer. But there are other things that can increase your risk as well, such as having a family history of the disease, being over the age of 50, and eating a diet high in red meat and fat.

Prevention:

Okay, so what can you do to lower your risk of getting prostate cancer? Well, unfortunately, there’s no guaranteed way to prevent it. But there are some things you can do to help reduce your risk, such as exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables.
